Requirements communication and confirmation
Customer consultation: customers put forward customized requirements (style, material, quantity, use, etc.).
Demand refinement:
Confirm the shoe type (sports shoes, leather shoes, sandals, etc.), size range, color, logo/ pattern design.
Special requirements (waterproof, anti-slip, environmental protection materials, etc.).
Preliminary quotation: provide the estimated price and delivery cycle according to the demand.

Design and proofing
Design proposal:
Provide 2D design drawings or 3D renderings (customers can modify and confirm).
Confirm the material sample (leather, cloth, sole, etc.).
Proofing production:
-Make physical samples (usually need 1-3 revisions).
-The customer confirms the sample and signs the Sample Confirmation Letter.
-Description of expenses:
-The proofing fee is usually charged separately.

Contract signing
Confirmation of terms:
-Price (trade terms such as FOB/CIF) and payment method (30% down payment +70% balance payment, etc.).
-Delivery date, quality standards (such as ISO and BSCI) and inspection method.
-Sign the contract: specify the liability for breach of contract, the ownership of intellectual property rights (design copyright) and after-sales service.

Mass production
-Production preparation:
-Purchasing raw materials and confirming production line scheduling.
-Provide production schedule (key nodes: cutting, molding and quality inspection).
-Quality control:
-Mid-term inspection (optional): check the semi-finished process.
-Final inspection (required): full inspection or random inspection (according to AQL standard).

Logistics and delivery
-Packaging confirmation:
-Inner packaging (moisture-proof paper, shoe box) and outer packaging (carton/pallet size).
-Labeling (bar code, origin label, etc.).
-Transport arrangements:
-Customers designate freight forwarders or arrange by factories (sea/air transport).
-Provide bills of lading, invoices, packing lists and other customs clearance documents.

After-sales service
-After-sales support:
-Deal with quality problems (such as free replenishment or compensation).
-Offer discount of return order or design upgrade service.
-Long-term cooperation:
-Push new product designs regularly and maintain customer relationship.
Key considerations
Ensure that the design or logo provided by customers is not infringing.
It is recommended that the third party inspect the goods (such as SGS) to avoid disputes.
Set aside 10-15 days to deal with sudden delay (such as material shortage).
